Why should we send our child to Pre School?Pre School’s offer quality care and education through: • A caring and welcoming environment with opportunities for fun and friendship as children learn through play.
Parents Comments:"The service provided by St. Andrew's Pre School is exceptional. The school is kept clean and tidy, the staff are wonderful and there are plenty of activities to keep children entertained. J is growing into a confident and sociable little boy and I would like to thank St. Andrew's for all the help and support with his development. It is the perfect environment to learn through play." "Moving A to Pre School .was the best thing we did, both ourselves and A will miss it when he moves into 'big school'" "I have had two children go through this fantastic Pre School and when my youngest leaves in July I will be very sad to no longer be linked to it. This Pre School works very hard and is very successful in creating a wonderful setting for children."
Parents CommitteePre School cannot exist without a committee. The committee plays an essential role in the decision making and functioning of Pre School. We are a non profit making charitable organisation which depends on fund raising activities to pay for extra equipment, special events etc. Without the support of parents these activities cannot be a success. Their aims are: • To agree Pre School Policies and Procedures. They meet once or twice each term in an informal setting. Typical activities include: • A yearly sponsored event
IllnessMay we remind parents/carers about the rules regarding illness? If a child has sickness and/or diarrhoea then they must have 48 hours clear of all symptoms before returning to Pre School. If your child is going to be absent from Pre School could you please notify us on the day of absence. If you do not contact us we are obliged to contact you. |
